Fitting your new shoes:

Marizalfootwear.com understand the importance of a shoe which fits right and looks the way you want it to look. We, at Marizalfootwear.com asks for your understanding regarding your new shoes.

Like any professional shoe store, we cannot accept used or worn shoes as returns, that is why we have taken such precautions to educate our customers and post our policies.

Please read the following steps carefully when ordering and trying your shoes for the first time, so that if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can still qualify for a replacement or exchange.

  1. Make sure that you have the right size by referring to our shoe guide section provided before you order. Before you submit the order make sure to see the final order is correct as you want it like the size, color, and style.
  2. Always try on your shoes which you received on a soft, clean, carpeted area. A hard floor will mat the sole and show “wear” on the shoes which render it ineligible for replacement or exchange.

  3. Until you are sure that your shoes fit the way you like, keep movement in them to a minimum, to decrease chances of creasing and wear.

If your shoes do not meet your expectations, please see our RETURNS, REPLACEMENT AND EXCHANGES POLICY.

We do appreciate your business and hope that you enjoy your new shoes! If you have any questions please do not hesitate to email us at ellen@marizalfootwear.com

Foot measurement tips
The shoe sizes listed on our site are all US sizes and Medium width (B). To convert an international size to its U.S. size, go to the size conversion tables below. Since we can’t measure your feet online, we have provided you with some tips that can help you pick the proper size.

Our shoe widths are the same widths used by the footwear industry. A women’s regular width is the equivalent of a “B” width, which is what we have available for sale.

How to measure your foot:
  1. Place a piece of blank paper on a flat surface.
  2. Stand on the paper wearing a sock of medium thickness.
  3. Holding a pencil vertically, place a mark at the end of your heel.
  4. Place another mark at the tip of your longest toe.
  5. Mark the sides of your foot at the widest part.
  6. Measure your other foot using the same method.
  7. To find your size, measure the heel-to-toe mark and use the inch-to-size table. For example, if your foot measures 9" long, you will wear a U.S. size 6 shoe.
  8. To find your width, measure the marks for the widest part of your foot and use the inch-to-size table. For example, if your foot measures 9” length and width measures 3 5/16”, you will wear a US size 6 and medium width (B) shoe.
  9. If your measurements are between two sizes, or you find one foot's measurement larger than the other, always move up to the larger size.
